David Cleveland of Saint Cloud FL, passed peacefully on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 at home with his wife, daughter, and pets by his side.

David was born in Baltimore, MD on November 19,1951 and has lived in Osceola County for the past 31 years.

He is preceded in death by his father Wellington Cleveland, and his mother Ruth Ann Fitzpatrick. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Betty Cleveland, and daughter Holly Cleveland of Athens, GA.

David enjoyed engaging in inspiring conversations with friends (and ALL STRANGERS) on the following topics: Coffee, Gardening, Music,  Cru, Agriculture, Politics (sorry folks!), World events, real estate development, holistic health options, his faith and his beloved wife, daughter and pets. He was always up for a heated verbal debate over a hot cup of Dunkin' Coffee preferably sitting near the ocean or his fire pit. His working years included the hospitality industry with Darden Restaurants, Home Depot, The Osceola County School District, and real estate.  His most recent years were enjoyed as he supported a friend's sod business.

There will be a small graveside (natural burial) service on Tuesday, April 9th at 11am at Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery located at 7204 S.E. County Rd., 234, Gainesville, FL 32641, phone 352-336-5910

There will ALSO be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 13th at 3pm at Canoe Creek Christian Church located at 4080 Pine Tree Dr, Saint Cloud, FL 34772, phone 407-891-1492
