Edith
Feliciano
May 29, 1949 — Aug 5, 2025
Saint Cloud
Edith Feliciano, 76, of St. Cloud, Florida, passed away on August 5, 2025.
Edith was born on May 29, 1949, in the Pueblo of Guanica, Puerto Rico to her parents, Justino Feliciano and Pura Baez. At the age of 19, Edith moved to New York in 1968 with her two children, Carlos and Betsy. Throughout her life, Edith worked various professions: from tending to farms to working diligently in factories, but her true calling was nurturing children. With unconditional love, she embraced every child in her care as if they were her own, creating a legacy of compassion that transcended blood relations. The epitome of domestic excellence, Edith created a home of warmth and order, where the aromas of her amazing cooking filled the air. After decades of selflessly pouring her heart into raising her children, grandchildren, and countless others, Edith decided to move to Florida to live out the rest of her life.
Edith is survived by her children, Carlos (Tiffany), Betsy, Clary (Milton), Jeanette (George), and Carmen (Flip); her adored grandchildren, Carlos Jr, Felisha, Tanisha, Federico, Enrico, Jailyn, Matthew, Damien, Fabian, David, Ashley, Steven, Antwon, Christopher, Andrew, Cassandra, Skylah, and Analia; her siblings, Nancy and Tony; 44 precious great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends who were blessed to know her. She joins her beloved twin sister Judith and six siblings who preceded her in eternal rest.
Edith found joy in serving others, cooking, and the elegance of self-presentation. Her "never-canceled" nail appointments were a testament to her unwavering commitment to her beauty. Above all, she treasured family gatherings, where her presence was the cornerstone of connection and the glue that held it all together. Her legacy shines through her unshakable spirit, strength, radiant beauty, and stubborn character which are all qualities that composed the masterpiece of her soul.
A celebration of Edith's extraordinary life will be held on August 9, 2025, at 12 PM at New Horizon Funeral Chapel and Cremation.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this time of remembrance.
