Frank Salvini, age 85, passed away on January 26, 2026.
Frank was the youngest son of the eight children of Arthur and Olga Salvini. In 1960, he immigrated to the US, joining his beloved oldest sister, Nella, and building a life rooted in family, faith, and hard work.
Frank married the love of his life, Ruth, and together they raised four children: Lisa, Michele, Laurie (Shawn), and Frank (Lisa). A skilled and dedicated carpenter, Frank took great pride in his craft and left a lasting mark in Buffalo, New York, and beyond. His work, integrity, and kindness touched many lives.
Frank is survived by his wife; his children; his eight cherished grandchildren -Angela, Bianca, Shelby, Bobby, Joshua, Matthew, Gianna, and Nicolena- and his great-grandchildren.
In keeping with his wishes, Frank generously donated his body to science and requested a rosary be prayed for his behalf. A private service will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Florida, and a celebration of life will take place on July 5 with services at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church in Springville, NY.
