Jim Conner, 79, of Saint Cloud, Florida, passed away on April 28, 2026. He was born on July 22, 1946, in Orlando, where he spent his life building a legacy of hard work, family devotion, and friendship.

A man of faith, Jim lived his life guided by strong values, kindness, and compassion for others.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Jill Conner; his daughters, Cyndie Conner and Julie Stephens; and his son, Jeff Conner and daughter in law, Chellie. He also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, along with his brother, Thomas, his sister, Arleen, and many nieces and nephews. He was deeply loved by all who knew him.

For 43 years, Jim dedicated himself to the concrete business, earning respect for his strong work ethic and commitment to providing for his family. Outside of work, he gave his time to coaching little league baseball, where he made a lasting impact on countless young lives.

Jim had a passion for the outdoors and found great joy in hunting and fishing, especially spending time fishing with his grandson. Those moments were among his most treasured, filled with laughter, stories, and lessons passed down through generations. He was known for his many funny stories from hunting and fishing trips, stories that brought smiles and laughter to family and friends and will be remembered for years to come.

Known for his fun-loving spirit and warm heart, Jim truly never met a stranger. His ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome will be remembered by everyone fortunate enough to cross his path.

Jim's life was defined by his love for family, his generosity, his faith, and the simple joy he found in everyday moments. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
