On December 27, 2025, Janice Ottilie Price passed away peacefully at a hospital in Palm Bay, Florida surrounded by loving family. Born in Baltimore on October 16, 1947 to the late Ottilie L. (Orban) and Walter E. Price, Jr., she was the loving sister of Walter E. Price, III and his wife Deborah A. Price; the cherished life partner of Slanz Bilello and adored by his children and grandchildren; devoted aunt of Walter E. Price, IV, Kelle A. Machiran and her husband Brian; proud great aunt of Nicholas M. Machiran and Natalie A. Machiran; and beloved cousin of Gail Serra.

Janice was a distinguished teacher in sports education at Pikesville High School in Baltimore County and St. Elizabeth School in Baltimore. She also served the greater community through the Red Cross and Special Olympics. She was a generous, inclusive, compassionate, free-spirited woman with a global perspective and wide-ranging interests. She loved the arts, all kinds of music from jazz to R&B, sports, traveling, and most of all, family.
