Launa Eloise Tucker, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the age of 79.
Launa was born on September 14, 1945, to Frank and Dean Friddle. She was born and raised in Arizona until the age of 12 when her family moved to Saint Cloud, Florida where her dad worked and raised his family living on Deseret Ranch.

Launa began driving a school bus for the School District of Osceola County Florida in 1974 and drove for 36 years. During this time Elles and Launa owned and operated a sod and trucking business, she would help out by driving semi-trucks and also tractors on the sod farm in between her bus routes. Nothing was too large to drive, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She continued operating tractors on the family sod farm until just last year.
The love, friendship, commitment, and bond Elles and Launa had for each other was a true testament of a companionship that was an example to all that knew them.
Launa is survived by her children: Shawn (Paul), Tyra (Matt), Chad (Debra), Crystal, and CJ along with 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and siblings: Tim, Sherry, Kenny, Ricky, Melody, and Tory.
