From Winter Haven FL born in Saint Charles Illinois on February 5th 1955 died in Lake whales Florida on April 10th 2026 . He was surrounded by the love of his family.  He graduated with Honors from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Teaching . He was a English teacher at Wharton High School .Also a JV head football coach and assistant Varsity coach. He was very big into the USF athletic Department where he was known as the USF reaper.He was survived by Kelly Milner (daughter), Charles Milner (son in law), Hayley Allen (granddaughter), Jessica Allen ( granddaughter), Cody Milner (Grandson), Barbara Holtz ( cousin), Mary Wisz (cousin), Dean St John( cousin), Darrell St John (cousin), Dan St John (cousin), Robert Rebenstorf (cousin), Randy Rebenstorf (cousin), Michael Garlinger(cousin) and wife Cheryl Garlinger, Barbara Garlinger (cousin) and Husband Jim Garlinger, Richard Porter (cousin) and wife Mary Porter, and Gary Porter (cousin) and wife Karen Porter. He was a very vibrant happy and loved man by all . He will be truly missed by everyone.
