Born on October 30, 1962, Norman lived a life marked by quiet strength, unwavering devotion, and a deep love for those closest to him.

Norman was a loving husband to Prissy Smith, with whom he shared 43 years of countless memories and an unbreakable bond. He was a devoted father to Kyle Smith and Kayla Smith, and a proud father-in-law to Steven Bailey. His greatest joy was found in his role as "Papa" to his beloved grandchildren, Trenton Bailey and Thea Bailey, who brought light and laughter into his days.

He is reunited in eternal peace with his precious son, Gregory Smith, who passed away on his fifth birthday, September 29, 1987.

Norman will be remembered for his gentle heart, his loyalty, and his quiet resilience. He had a way of making those around him feel seen, safe, and loved. Whether through a kind word, a helping hand, or a warm smile, Norman left an imprint on every soul he touched.
