Ricarda Vega Harwood, 75, of Twin Lakes, Saint Cloud, FL, passed away peacefully at her home that she absolutely loved & cherished on October 8, 2024, and was surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 31, 1949, Ricarda was predeceased by her beloved husband, Herbert C. Harwood, who passed in 2000. She is survived by her dear sisters Carmen, Edelmira, and Jennie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who all loved & adored her.

Ricarda attended the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, where her deep passion for fashion, design, and art flourished. Known for her timeless beauty and impeccable style, she was a true fashionista, always dressed to the nines with her makeup, hair styled, jewelry, and cherished designer handbags. Her career began as a fashion designer, but after moving to Florida with her husband Herbert, she transitioned into bookkeeping. Through it all, Ricarda's strong faith was the foundation of her life, guiding her through joy and challenges. Ricarda loved traveling, attending the theater, and exploring new culinary experiences paired with fine wine. Her love of shopping was matched only by her vibrant spirit. Yellow roses, her favorite flowers, reflected her sunny and warm personality. Ricarda will be remembered for her grace, strength, and unwavering love for those around her including her fur babies... She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
