Shawn Lee Wooldridge

August 27, 1968 – January 25, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shawn Lee Wooldridge, who left us on January 25th at the age of 56. He was a beloved husband, dad, and papa who touched the lives of many with his kindness, strength, and love.

Born on August 27, 1968 in Logansport, IN  Shawn served in the United States Air Force, accomplished his dream of moving to Florida with all his family, and dedicated his life to being an incredible husband, father, and papa.  He was the hero of his children and grandchildren.

Shawn is survived by Tori (wife of 33 years), Ty (son), Amanda (daughter in law), Julia (daughter), Antwone (son in law), Rylan, Dash, King, Rhett (grandsons), Shane (brother) Jaime (sister in law), Margie Carty (grandmother), Garry (father), and Kathy (step mother) who will forever cherish his memory.  He was preceded in death by Julia Lynn (mother) and Richard Carty (RC, Grandpa).

A memorial service will be held on January 30, 2025 at 6:00-8:00 PM at New Horizon Funeral Home in Saint Cloud. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to https://www.littlebrickscharity.org/brickwall  in Shawn's honor.  He was an avid LEGO fan and would love that he is helping children experience the joy of LEGO.

Shawn will be remembered for all of the love he gave his family, kindness, thoughtfulness,  and joy he instilled in everyone he met, his love of IPAs, LEGO, Disney, chicken sandwiches, and joy of the outdoors. May he rest in eternal peace.
