Sheryl L. Criner, 71, of St. Cloud, FL, formerly of Yates City, IL, died on March 3 in St. Cloud, where she had resided for the past 12 years.

Born Dec. 19, 1954, in Peoria, IL, she was a daughter of Dale and Elsie (Haury) Criner.  Surviving are two sons, Micah (Kim) Himegarner and Jeremy (Tina) Himegarner, all of Yates City; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Suzanne Brooks of St. Cloud, FL; and Deborah (Keith) Butterfield of Edwards, IL.

Sheryl worked many years in insurance for a number of companies in Peoria.
