Terry Lynn Martin was born June 2, 1964 to Lela Mae and Lee Henry Martin.  He has seven siblings, and he was the older twin brother.

Terry attended Detroit Public School and graduated from Job Corp.  He graduated from Heating and Cooling School.

He loved sports, basketball, and playing pool.  He was very competitive.  He always had a smile on his face.  One simple word that would describe him… easy going.  His presents brought joy to everyone.  He was a kind and loving person who always helped others.

Terry departed this life on May 13, 2024 with his parents preceding him in death.

Terry married Patricia and to this union they had three children Shammay, Terry Jr., and Marcel.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children; grandchildren JaShay, Jason, Jayden, Kadin, Malaki, and Layla;  one brother James (Beatrice) Detroit MI, Freddie Burkes, Jacksonville FL, Evelyn Campbell, Jacksonville FL, Patricia Ferrill, Detroit MI, Vivian (Jerry) Detroit, MI.  Two aunts Rosa Mae Pittman, Lexington MS, Ernestine Pittman, Taylor, MI.   A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
