She is survived by her husband of 46
years, Rolando Ivan Martinez; Her
daughter, Lizette Hendricks and husband
Adriel; Her son, Josh Martinez and wife
Nikki; 3 grandchildren; Her son James
Martinez and wife Monica and their
daughter Moriah; Her brother Jorge
Casamiquela and wife Leslie; Her sister
Astrid Safstrom and husband Eric; as
well as numerous nieces, nephews,
family members and friends whom she
loved dearly.

Tirza was a loving wife who was
enamored with Ivan since the first day
she met him. He always had her heart.
She was vigilant to her husband's health
and cared for him with devotion and
loyalty. She loved caring for others and
gave as much as she could to as many
who needed it. Her grandchildren were
the light of her life. Her love for children
brought out her playful side. Games,

songs and gifts were just a few of the
ways she showed this deep love. She
was a wonderful friend who was always
there with a compassionate listening ear
together with a natural remedy or two.
Her passion to bring happiness into the
lives of others which was sprinkled with
humor brought smiles to all those around
her. She loved the ocean and had a
collection of shells for every moment she
spent on the beach, each carrying a
memory she held dear. She loved her
God Jehovah with all her heart and knew
how to use God's word in the Bible to
comfort all she spoke to. She loved
talking about God's hope and above all,
his comfort. We will miss her dearly,
marching to the beat of her own drum,
and making music and memories
everywhere she went.
